To capture, document, and recreate the lost neighborhoods of Butte such that the neighborhoods can come alive again for the community and her descendants.
The Project
This foundation is a long-term project to resurrect all the lost ethic neighborhoods of historic Butte, Montana, such as Dublin Gulch (Irish), Meaderville (Italian), East Side and more. By the use of testimonies, maps, documents, photos, the goal is to recreate these lost neighborhoods using automation and virtual reality.
